htBib
htBib is a WWW
interface for BibTeX
databases. It allows you to modify
BibTeX-databases with almost any WWW-client. It
converts BibTeX entries to HTML
format and allows you to annotate single
entries. It also supports linking individual
entries to bookshops and images. The HTML input
for annotations is checked for validity if James
Clark's validating SGML parser NSGMLS is
installed.
htBib is open
source and free
software and licensed under the GNU
General Public License. htBib was developed and
tested as a mod_perl
Apache module using Apache::Registry and CGI.pm.
It does not use the Apache Server API directly,
except for user authentication, and should
therefore run as old-style CGI program with only
slight modifications.
